Experience a dynamic blend of powerful postures, profound breathing techniques – including the invigorating Breath of Fire – and a deeply relaxing closing phase. The session concludes with a meditation to clear your mind and strengthen your inner resilience.

My name is Marius Sinn. For over ten years, I have valued the tools of Kundalini Yoga, especially the Kriyas, breathing practices, and meditative techniques. I also work with wild plants and forest mushrooms, cultivating and sharing my knowledge about them. Occasionally, I return to my roots in the IT and craftsmanship sectors. My passions are living in harmony with nature, dancing, and connecting with kindhearted people.

Maintaining all the infrastructures that make yours a better experience whilst at the Kula Yoga Festival. Showers, toilets, water pipes, electrical circuits and all the complex logistics involved.

And all the bigger or smaller details in between; all this to make sure everyone has the most unforgettable experience ever!!!
