My offering includes classical yoga with asanas, pranayama, the soothing sounds of singing bowls, and a meditative closing sequence, allowing us to connect deeply with our hearts and send love and light into the world—a truly magical way to start the festival on Saturday morning.✨

Driven by a lifelong passion for self-discovery and the wonders of life, I found my way to Yoga, where I discovered a profound path for transformation. With over 15 years dedicated to the practice, I am passionate about offering Yoga in its true, undiluted form, rooted in tradition and untouched by trends. Yoga is more than fitness or relaxation; it’s a powerful science for inner evolution, guiding us to the core of our being and balancing life energies.

My approach includes Hatha Yoga, with its foundational balance between “Ha” (sun) and “Tha” (moon), representing male and female energies. Each session is an invitation to experience a sense of calm and alignment, to connect with oneself, and to witness the deeper dimensions of Yoga as a path to inner harmony.

As a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, I have trained extensively, completing programs with:

•The PBE Institute for Psychological and Relaxation Education (200 UE in Hatha Yoga, based on teachings by Selvarakan Yesudian)

•Advanced workshops with Laruga Glaser (Ashtanga) and Srivatsa Ramaswami (Vinyasa Yoga)

•Numerous Isha Foundation programs under Sadhguru, including Inner Engineering, Shambhavi Maha Mudra, Samiama (7 days Vipassana) and a full 21-day Hatha Yoga program at the Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore.

My mission is to offer an authentic Yoga experience that supports personal growth and well-being while honoring the beauty of our shared humanity. Together, we embark on a journey that embraces balance, awareness, and the transformative science of Yoga.
